About the Role
Our Dandenong South showroom showcases premium glass, ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone pool tiles and offers customers an immersive and tactile experience.
The Showroom Consultant works to bring pool dreams to life by guiding customers through a personalised hands‑on design journey, offering expert advice on colours, trends and product range every step of the way.
This casual role requires a regular Saturday shift from 9:00am to 2:00pm, with additional shift flexibility on a Monday and/or Wednesday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities also include:
- Managing incoming inquiries and requests with promptness and a high level of service to ensure effective and timely resolutions and a seamless customer experience.
- Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
- Processing orders and coordinating with internal teams on stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Updating and maintaining customer records and sales order details in our SAP CRM system.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

About You
You’ll be a warm people person who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and naturally builds rapport and exudes confidence. Essential skills and experience include:
- A commitment to working a regular Saturday shift on an ongoing basis
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service together with experience in consultative/ retail sales.
- Highly proficient communication skills both verbal and written.
- A natural flair for design, colour, and finishes.
- Experience with order processing, invoicing and stock management (ideally using an ERP (SAP desirable) and/or CRM system.
- Administration skills including MS Office proficiency and an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Solutions driven with effective time management and problem-solving skills.
Desirable (but not essential) is an interior design background or qualification (or currently studying).
