About the Role
Centrally located in Homebush, our Sydney showroom (recently awarded Best Showroom NSW 2025), showcases premium glass, ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone pool tiles and offers customers an immersive and tactile experience.
The Showroom Consultant works to bring pool dreams to life by guiding customers through a personalised hands‑on design journey, offering expert advice on colours, trends and product range every step of the way.
This permanent part-time ‘soft sales’ role offers a consistent four-day roster from Wednesday to Saturday. Weekday hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, with a shorter Saturday shift from 8:30am-2:30pm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Responsibilities also include:
- Managing incoming inquiries and requests with promptness and a high level of service to ensure effective and timely resolutions and a seamless customer experience.
- Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
- Processing orders in SAP and coordinating with internal teams on stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Updating and maintaining customer records and sales order details in our SAP CRM system.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

About You
You’ll be a warm people person who naturally builds rapport and exudes confidence. Essential skills and experience include:
- A commitment to working a regular Saturday shift on a permanent ongoing basis.
- Exceptional customer service skills together with retail, or sales experience, ideally from a similar industry.
- Highly proficient communication skills both verbal and written.
- A natural flair for design, colour, and finishes.
- Experience with order processing and stock management (ideally with experience using an ERP (SAP desirable) and CRM systems.
- Administration skills including MS Office proficiency and an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Solutions driven with effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
- An interior design background or qualification (desirable, but not essential).
