As The INS Group continues to grow, we are looking for a Registered or Enrolled Nurse for the newly created Trainer / Educator position.

This role is responsible for the onboarding, training, and development of our Clinical Team, ensuring new and existing staff have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional service to our clients and customers. The successful applicant will become the primary trainer for our nursing workforce and will also support the onboarding and training of other Call Centre employees as required.

While this position is primarily focused on training and development, the successful applicant will continue to work operational shifts within the Call Centre when training requirements allow.

About the Role

The Call Centre Trainer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering onboarding programs for new clinical staff, facilitating ongoing education and refresher training, maintaining training resources, and supporting competency assessments and quality improvement initiatives.

The role will work closely with Operations, Clinical Leadership, and Team Leaders to ensure training remains current, effective, and aligned with organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Facilitate induction and training for Nurses and other team members.
  • Support the onboarding and training of support team employees as required.
  • Develop, review, and maintain training materials, manuals, and learning resources.
  • Conduct competency assessments and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Deliver refresher training and support ongoing professional development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with leaders to address skill gaps.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, technologies, and operational processes.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reporting.
  • Provide operational support through clinical and call centre shifts when required.

  • Strong understanding of Training systems, services, and clinical processes.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confidence presenting information and supporting adult learners.
  • A passion for helping others succeed and develop.
  • Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Previous training experience is desirable but not essential
