Support Worker Talent Pool – Kempsey/Port Macquarie

The Co-Group are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis across the Kempsey and Port Macquarie catchment area.

This role offers varied and rewarding work supporting both NDIS participants and Aged Care clients, helping individuals maintain their independence, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life.

Your duties may include:

• Personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Community access and social support
• Transport to appointments, shopping, and recreational activities
• Domestic assistance, including light cleaning and meal preparation
• Medication prompting and monitoring
• Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals and maintain independence
• Building positive and professional relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
• NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You 
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
• Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
