Female Support Workers – Lethbridge Park

The Co-Group are currently seeking compassionate and reliable female support workers to assist our client located in Lethbridge Park. This rewarding role involves providing essential support to enhance the client’s daily living and overall wellbeing.

Duties will include personal care and domestic assistance, while ensuring the client is supported in a safe, respectful, and dignified manner at all times. You will play a key role in helping the client maintain independence and a high quality of life.

Shifts are available to commence as soon as possible, with a variety of options across Monday to Sunday. We offer morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts, providing flexibility for suitable candidates.

What you’ll do:

✔️Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance and client transport ✔️Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible ✔️Provide direct support in a 1:1 & 2:1 capacity in accordance with the individual’s care plan & PBSP ✔️Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports ✔️Follow company policies and procedures

✨Requirements✨ – Valid Driver’s Licence – Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats – NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You  – NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment – Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment – Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) – Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
