Female Support Workers – Blaxland

The Co-Group is currently seeking experienced female Support Workers to assist a client located in Blaxland, NSW.

This opportunity involves supporting a female client who requires assistance with daily living activities within her home environment. The client lives with her family and is looking for support workers who are friendly, engaging, and enjoy building a positive rapport.

About the Role: You will be providing 2:1 support to assist the client with:

• Personal care
• Domestic assistance
• Meal preparation (preparing dinner for later use)
• Manual handling and transfers
• General household support
• Companionship and social interaction

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:30am – 3:30pm (start time may adjust to 7:00am)

Requirements – Valid Driver’s Licence – Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats – NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You  – NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment – Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment – Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) – Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
