We’re looking for a casual Support Worker to join our Day Services team. Day Services run Monday to Friday, with shifts from 9am to 3pm, supporting people to build skills, confidence, and community in ways that work for them across multiple locations in the Southeast.
- Support people to explore their interests and work towards social, community, and work‑related goals using respectful, person-centred approaches
- Build positive, trusting relationships and support choice, consent, and autonomy in everyday activities
- Work collaboratively with Allied Health professionals and others who are important in participants’ lives
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks when required, guided by dignity and individual preferences
- Complete clear, accurate documentation and share any concerns or incidents in a timely way
- Contribute to reviewing and updating participant plans and risk assessments
- Follow rostered duties and NDIS requirements to ensure safe, consistent, and responsive support
Please note this role requires a minimum of a Certificate IV in Disability (or higher/equivalent).
