Description

BADGE Construction are seeking a Construction Cadet for our Perth operations with passion and enthusiasm to kick-start their career in construction. You will join our Undergraduate/Graduate program and will be involved in a number of construction disciplines including estimating, project planning and coordination, contract administration and site management.

About you:

Your main qualities and responsibilities include:

  • Clear and concise communications with all project team members
  • Ensure you work in accordance with BADGE policies and procedures at all times
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good writing and mathematical skills
  • Good computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft suite of programs
  • The ability to take direction, be proactive, use your initiative and listen to the advice of your peers
