Our Landsdale centre is one of Tall Tree’s unique Nature Schools, set within the beautifully restored former Landsdale mansion. Surrounded by natural play spaces and expansive outdoor environments, children are encouraged to explore, discover, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Your Role:
- Lead a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Mentor and support a team of educators to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences.
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Bring your ideas, creativity, and professional knowledge to continually enhance the program.
About You:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience in early childhood education and/or team leadership
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive approach
- Current WWCC, National Police Clearance, and Child Protection training
