Your Role:

  • Create and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s development and interests.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in an inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and documentation in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to continuously enhance the quality of education and care provided.

About You:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, positive, and child-focused approach.
  • Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and completed Child Protection Training.
  • Successful applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two professional references.
