About the Role:
As Centre Manager, you will lead a passionate and collaborative team across our 92-place Leederville service, driving high-quality education and care while fostering a positive and inclusive culture for children, families, and educators alike.
You will play a key role in:
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing team
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- Supporting quality practice and educational excellence
- Ensuring compliance, child safety, and operational success
- Inspiring a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for children and educators
About You:
- Have previous leadership experience within Early Childhood Education
- Are passionate about pedagogy and quality practice
- Value child safety, compliance, and best-practice governance
- Lead with empathy, professionalism, and authenticity
- Enjoy mentoring and developing teams
- Are organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Love building positive team culture and strong family relationships
