Assistant Manager / Educational Leader – Atlantis Outside School Care Butler
At Atlantis Outside School Care Butler, we have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Assistant Manager / Educational Leader to join our team.
This permanent part-time position offers a minimum of 30 hours per week and is an exciting opportunity for an experienced OSHC professional looking to take the next step in their career. Working closely with the OSHC Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service while leading the educational program and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the OSHC Manager with the daily operation of the service, including staffing, administration, and compliance
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place
- Mentor, coach, and support educators to deliver high-quality practices and experiences
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider school community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant regulations
- Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments that support children’s wellbeing, development, and interests
- Support the documentation of children’s learning through observations, planning, and reflective practice
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
- Cert IV in School Age Education and Care, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working in OSHC, with leadership experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of My Time, Our Place, the National Quality Framework, and National Quality Standards
- Passion for educational leadership and supporting educator development
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to drive the service bus
- Available to work Monday to Friday afternoons and during Vacation Care programs
