Based in Wadeye NT

$85k-$90k + Super

  • Furnished accommodation
  • Relocation assistance up to $1500
  • 6 Weeks leave + 17.5% leave loading

The Village Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of 80 single donga-style rooms within The Village. This role involves conducting routine inspections, carrying out repairs and maintenance works, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring that all rooms and shared areas remain safe, functional, and well presented. The position requires a practical, reliable, and proactive individual with strong leadership skills who can effectively lead and support a small team of Indigenous employees while fostering a respectful and collaborative working environment.

About You

  • Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities or handyman role
  • Basic trade or technical skills
  • Experience working in remote, residential, or community-based settings desirable
  • Leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded

Essential Licences / Clearance prior to commencement

  • NT Drivers Licence (Class C)
  • National Police Check
  • NLC work/residential permits (with assistance from TDC)
