The Crushing Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of crushing equipment at our magnetite deposit in the MidWest, WA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of crushers, crushing equipment and other mobile plant to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimise downtime.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a crushing or heavy machinery environment.
