About the Position
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices along with reconciliation of supplier accounts on a monthly basis.
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Finance Officer will work Monday to Friday in our head office in West Perth. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Maintain supplier account details in Xero ensuring all data is correct
• Maintain internal controls on purchase orders for supplier invoices
• Support daily & weekly cashflow reporting updates
• Monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts
• Support ERP and finance system implementations and upgrades
What You Will Bring to Terra Mining
• Demonstrated accounts experience with a strong focus on Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Xero accounting system (preferred) and related accounting applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Excel experience
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and enjoying working in a dynamic team.
You must have full Australian working rights and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
