Operations Coordinator

About the role:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site. They are responsible for ensuring all production orders are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. This role manages workflow, leads the workshop team, and optimises resources to meet production targets, minimise downtime, and support efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production and order fulfilment
• Deliver efficient and effective work practices to ensure production capacity and meet deadlines
• Allocate labour, equipment, and materials to meet workload and delivery targets
• Ensure staff are appropriately trained, competent, and hold current certifications

What you’ll need:

• Experience in a leadership or similar supervisory role within a workshop, warehouse, or production environment
• Cert IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent (desirable)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Intermediate MS Office skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Experience with ERP systems
