Global Skills is currently expanding our team across our service areas. We are now actively recruiting for a Recruiter/Marketer to service our locations on the Central Coast, including Gosford, Wyong, The Entrance and Lake Haven.
The role of the Recruiter/Marketer is to conduct business development activities, generate and match against employer job vacancies and network with a variety of stakeholders to build employer relationships that support our participants into sustainable, long-term employment.
Successful candidates for these roles will:
- Share

- Have
a passion for helping others and making a difference in your local
community
- Have
experience in Employment Services or a related field such as recruitment,
community services, business development, sales or human resources
- Possess
highly developed time management skills
- Possess
exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a
diverse range of employers and participants
- Have
an understanding of the local and wider labour markets, employer
expectations and the ability to match participant transferrable skills to
a variety of roles and vocations
- Be
willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with
Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
- Be
eligible to work in Australia
- Be
expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
- Have
an unrestricted current drivers licence
