About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable service technician
to join our growing service and maintenance team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work
ethic, practical mindset, and a willingness to travel for projects.
You’ll work as part of a small site servicing and maintain
water tanks, including, inspections, cleaning and minor repairs. learning
directly from experienced supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use of power tools, hand tools and pressure washers.
• Support supervisors with site set-up, logistics, and daily
coordination.
• Uphold safety standards, participate in toolbox talks, and
follow SWMS procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving
on site.
• Perform both local and remote installation work
(interstate and regional travel as required).
• Maintain site tidiness and ensure quality workmanship.
About You:
• Construction or trade background preferred (e.g.
carpentry, steelwork, rigging, or mechanical assembly).
• White Card essential; Working at Heights and Confined
Space tickets desirable.
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors and in
varied site conditions.
• Willing and able to travel for periods of site work away
from home.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
• Ability to read drawings and follow technical
instructions.
• Eager to learn and progress into a leadership position.
• Current driver’s licence required.

demonstrating skill and reliability on site, you’ll be supported to step into a
Crew Leader role — leading small installation teams, coordinating site
activities, and representing Tank Vision on projects across Australia.
