About the Role
The successful applicant will report to the Crew Manager. For the purpose of clarity water storage tank servicing includes:
- TCI – Tank Clean and Inspection
- Ref – Tank Refurbishment
- RAR – Tank removal and replacement
- CT – Concrete tank fit-outs
As the Service Site Supervisor you will:
- Coordinate and carry out site service work
- Manage site team / offsider to ensure site work is completed correctly and to a high standard
- Ensure all tools and equipment is tagged
- Arrive on site early for induction
- Complete service and iAuditor reports
- Ensure site is always left clean and tidy and no tools are left behind
- Attend and contribute to toolbox talks
- Establish and maintain communications and a professional working relationship with relevant site contacts e.g. client project managers, strata representatives, site safety supervisors
- Assist and Supervise of New Tank builds when required
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated technical competency for tank related site works
- The ability to coordinate and manage a site team
- Demonstrated experience of building relationships
- Demonstrated experience of plumbing, pumps and fire protection systems
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders including customers, staff and suppliers
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and to maintain high quality work output under pressure
- Have a current Construction Industry White Card
- Confined Space ticket (preferred)
- Working at Heights ticket (preferred)
