About the Role

The successful applicant will report to the Crew Manager. For the purpose of clarity water storage tank servicing includes:

  • TCI – Tank Clean and Inspection
  • Ref – Tank Refurbishment
  • RAR – Tank removal and replacement
  • CT – Concrete tank fit-outs

As the Service Site Supervisor you will:

  • Coordinate and carry out site service work
  • Manage site team / offsider to ensure site work is completed correctly and to a high standard
  • Ensure all tools and equipment is tagged
  • Arrive on site early for induction
  • Complete service and iAuditor reports
  • Ensure site is always left clean and tidy and no tools are left behind
  • Attend and contribute to toolbox talks
  • Establish and maintain communications and a professional working relationship with relevant site contacts e.g. client project managers, strata representatives, site safety supervisors
  • Assist and Supervise of New Tank builds when required

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated technical competency for tank related site works
  • The ability to coordinate and manage a site team
  • Demonstrated experience of building relationships
  • Demonstrated experience of plumbing, pumps and fire protection systems
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders including customers, staff and suppliers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and to maintain high quality work output under pressure
  • Have a current Construction Industry White Card
  • Confined Space ticket (preferred)
  • Working at Heights ticket (preferred)
