About the Role
As Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants to achieve outstanding commercial results, while fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving productivity, and ensuring consistent delivery against targets.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth: Lead from the front to achieve divisional targets, identifying opportunities to expand market share and strengthen client relationships.

Maximise Team Performance: Coach, mentor, and develop consultants to exceed individual and team KPIs, including billing, activity levels, and client satisfaction.

Build a High-Performance Culture: Create an environment that motivates, challenges, and rewards high achievers while addressing performance gaps proactively.

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to execute and refine growth strategies aligned with business objectives.

Performance Management: Track and analyse key metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement across the division.

Talent Development: Identify future leaders, implement development plans, and support ongoing capability building within the team.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and business growth.
About You
- Proven experience leading and growing high-performing teams (ideally within recruitment, consulting, or a sales-driven environment)
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth
- Passionate about coaching and developing others to reach their full potential
- Data-driven approach to performance management
- Resilient, driven, and results-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
