This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about developing people, and has a proven track record of driving growth.

About the Role

As Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants to achieve outstanding commercial results, while fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving productivity, and ensuring consistent delivery against targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Lead from the front to achieve divisional targets, identifying opportunities to expand market share and strengthen client relationships.
  • Maximise Team Performance: Coach, mentor, and develop consultants to exceed individual and team KPIs, including billing, activity levels, and client satisfaction.
  • Build a High-Performance Culture: Create an environment that motivates, challenges, and rewards high achievers while addressing performance gaps proactively.
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to execute and refine growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Track and analyse key metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement across the division.
  • Talent Development: Identify future leaders, implement development plans, and support ongoing capability building within the team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and business growth.
