Reporting to the Operations Manager, Taipan is seeking a proactive and personable Branch Manager to run our team in North Brisbane. If you are a team-player and have a great understanding of hydraulics, warehouse operations and management, then this is the position for you.

This role involves:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue and margin targets
- Mentor, coach, and performance manage staff
- Provide management, support & training for staff
- Support customers and sales staff
- Operational duties including counter sales, hose assembly, stock control & quality control
- Liaise with sales to develop local client base
- Ensure complete and on-time deliveries
- Attend & participate in Management Meetings
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Research and appoint transport/courier services
- Resolve all customer complaints as per Taipan complaints process
- Provide fantastic customer service
- Maintain and keep available all customer records and customer correspondence
- Other duties as required
To be successful you’ll need some or all of the following:
- Hose and fixings product knowledge
- Hydraulic engineering product knowledge
- Knowledge of hydraulic industry applications
- Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
- Warehouse Management experience desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Forklift licence
- Valid full drivers’ licence
