Description

Synogize is looking for a part-time Talent Manager to lead recruitment, people operations, employee experience, and talent development across our growing technology consulting business.

This is a broad, hands-on role working closely with leadership, delivery managers, capability leads, finance, and marketing. You will help attract, onboard, develop, engage, and retain great people while improving the systems and processes that support them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including job ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communications, and Employment Hero workflows.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, employee setup, equipment, new starter communications, and offboarding.
  • Support workforce planning, utilisation tracking, skills matrices, consultant availability, and learning plans.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, benefits administration, employee communications, and recognition activities.
  • Coordinate learning and development, certifications, training programs, lunch-and-learns, and LMS content.
  • Support performance review cycles, goal setting, feedback processes, and improvement plans.
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, contracts, policies, reporting, and compliance processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding, culture initiatives, LinkedIn content, and employee survey activities.

About You

You will bring experience in HR, Talent, People & Culture, or Recruitment, ideally within technology, consulting, or professional services. You are organised, practical, people-focused, and confident working independently across a broad part-time role.

Experience with Employment Hero, recruitment platforms, HR operations, learning and development, employee engagement, and Australian employment practices will be highly regarded.
