We are growing and are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us with that rapid growth.
What will you be doing in your new role?
Reporting to the National People & Culture Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our candidates. You will partner with internal stakeholders to develop our “go to market strategy” by taking detailed job briefs, identifying and securing top talent to support our growth strategy.
How will you help contribute to our success?
- Partner with hiring managers and senior specialists to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Lead the sourcing of talent including preparing job ads, screening, coordinating interviews, reference checking and candidate management to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Build talent pipelines and ensure we have strong talent pools
- Explore proactive sourcing strategies and provide advice on recruitment processes, market insights and talent initiatives
- Corresponding with successful candidates between offer and commencement
- Assisting with onboarding including induction programs
- Build strong relationships with your stakeholder group
- Providing timely support to hiring and resource managers
- Gain a working knowledge of our HR technology system to manage recruitment practices and ensure data is maintained and relevant
- Delivering projects and other related activities in line with the People & Culture plan specifically, Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives
What skills does our ideal candidate have?
- Experience in recruiting IT specialist positions at volume with utilisation of proactive sourcing strategies
- Experience in an IT Consulting environment
- 5+ years’ experience working in an in-house or agency recruitment function
- Demonstrated experience in process-improvement strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication to enable you to build relationships with ease
- A collaborative, outcome-oriented approach
- Prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to operate with discretion and sound judgement
- Adaptable to change, able to maintain a positive outlook and stay focused
