Customer Experience Officer

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Experience Officer plays a key role in supporting our customers, coordinating enquiries, and delivering a high standard of service across the transport operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with information on transport services, delivery schedules, routes and pricing.
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using internal systems.
• Build knowledge of our transport services and provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service or Customer Experience role, ideally within the transport or logistics industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• The ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather information and resolve customer enquiries.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer service systems or databases.
