We’re an Australian technology company with a growing international presence across Europe and North America, and we’re looking for a highly organised Product Operations Manager to help our Product team operate at its best.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity.
Working closely with our Product Lead, you’ll become the operational backbone of our product function. You’ll transform ideas, customer feedback, strategic initiatives and engineering inputs into well-defined pieces of work that development teams can confidently deliver.
You’ll keep product delivery running smoothly by maintaining product backlogs, coordinating planning sessions, managing product documentation, and ensuring decisions are recorded, traceable and ready for delivery.
Rather than deciding what gets built, you’ll focus on ensuring the right information, documentation and processes are in place so great decisions can be made and engineering teams can move quickly.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Strategy and Commercial teams to:
- Convert product ideas and strategic initiatives into clear, well-defined engineering tasks
- Maintain Productboard, Jira and related product management tools as the trusted source of truth
- Coordinate backlog grooming sessions and product planning activities
- Prepare agendas, documentation, meeting notes and follow-up actions for product cadences
- Maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), feature records, roadmaps and product artefacts
- Ensure decisions, approvals and documentation remain organised, traceable and audit-ready
- Coordinate cross-functional actions to keep initiatives moving
- Support product research activities, customer interview logistics and retrospectives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and product operations through automation and AI-enabled tools
- Help continually improve the efficiency of our product delivery practices
About you
You enjoy creating structure from ambiguity and are naturally organised.
You don’t mind chasing loose ends, improving processes or keeping documentation current. You take pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll likely bring experience in one or more of:
- Product Operations
- Business Analysis
- Project Coordination
- Product Management support
- Delivery Coordination
- Technical Project Administration
You will also have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- The ability to break complex problems into clear, actionable tasks
- Confidence working with cross-functional technical teams
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Productboard, Confluence or similar (or the ability to learn quickly)
- A continuous improvement mindset with curiosity about AI and workflow automation
Experience working in SaaS, software development, energy, utilities or regulated industries will be highly regarded but isn’t essential.
