Description

The best Project Managers aren’t actively applying for jobs. They’re busy delivering projects. SWI is growing across NSW/ACT, and we’re looking for a proven Project Manager with a strong civil construction background to help lead the next phase of that growth. This isn’t a corporate layer-on-layer environment. No unnecessary bureaucracy. No sitting behind a desk producing reports all day. We want someone who can lead from the front, build respect onsite, drive commercial outcomes, and take real ownership of project delivery. You’ll be trusted to run your projects with the support, autonomy, and backing to succeed. If you’re looking for another “Project Manager” title, this probably isn’t for you.
