We’re looking for a customer-focused Technology Support Officer who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and delivering exceptional technology support across our organisation.

You’ll be the key link between our Technology team and the people who rely on our systems every day. You’ll be the first point of contact for technology enquiries, ensuring users receive timely, professional, and effective support while helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Providing exceptional first-line technology support to users across the organisation
  • Managing incidents, requests, and enquiries through our IT Service Management platform
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system issues
  • Coordinating escalations and working with external providers to resolve complex technical problems
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking, and cloud-based services
  • Assisting with technology projects, system upgrades, and new technology rollouts
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities to improve user experience
  • Promoting cybersecurity awareness and technology best practices
  • Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing resources

About You:

  • A working with children blue card (or the ability to obtain one)
  • A current drivers license
  • Experience supporting Windows 11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience using ITSM platforms such as ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
  • A strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices
  • Experience managing and prioritising support requests within service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases
