To support the enablement of our digital roadmap, we are now taking applications for a Digital Support Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis, to commence as soon as possible.
Reporting to the Head of Data and Digital, the Digital Support Coordinator is responsible for delivering hands-on, on-site digital support across the airport precinct. This role keeps core technology running, supports internal and external stakeholders, safeguards SCA’s systems, helps manage the data platform, champions the advanced use of AI and emerging technologies, and acts as the on-site contact for digital works in the terminal.
What you will do:
End-user and operational technology support
Provide first-line support across business systems, devices and airport operational technologies to ensure continuity of operations.
Infrastructure, network and security support
Maintain reliable connectivity, support network
troubleshooting, and apply cyber security practices including monitoring, incident response and audit support.
Data and systems management
Assist with data platform operations, including pipelines, access, reporting, and improving data quality and governance.
Service delivery and stakeholder coordination:
Act as the primary ICT contact, managing vendors and building strong relationships to ensure responsive support and service
continuity.
Continuous improvement and digital enablement
Maintain documentation, resolve recurring issues through process improvements, and champion adoption of AI and emerging technologies
What you will need:
- Experience providing hands-on support across business applications (e.g. M365),
devices, and operational technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound understanding of network operations, connectivity, and troubleshooting, with
the ability to maintain reliable IT environments.
- Practical experience in applying security protocols, monitoring, incident response, and
supporting audits or compliance activities.
- Sound communication skills with experience coordinating vendors, providing service
delivery, and building effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, improve processes, maintain documentation, and
embrace emerging technologies such as AI to enhance outcomes.
This role would suit someone working towards or having recently completed a degree in ICT (or
similar), complemented by relevant technical certifications.
