About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support & Systems Officer to join our growing team. This role supports daily IT operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth system performance and reliable technical support for staff.

You will work closely with the IT Manager to deliver technical support, maintain IT assets, assist with system improvements, and support operational workflows across IT, procurement, and facility systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of IT support, systems work, and hands-on operational tasks in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Operations

  • Provide Level 1–2 IT support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Microsoft 365, and network access
  • Set up new user accounts, devices, and software
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support Windows environments, Microsoft Office, and business systems
  • Assist with remote support and basic user training
  • Maintain IT documentation and system records

Systems & Facility Technology Support

  • Assist with internal system testing, documentation, and process improvements
  • Support system integration and workflow enhancements
  • Maintain records for IT requests, assets, and system changes
  • Troubleshoot facility-related IT equipment (e.g. TVs, printers, access systems, CCTV, iPads)
  • Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
  • Escalate complex issues where required

Asset Management & Procurement

  • Assist with asset tracking, tagging, and lifecycle management
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and stock take processes
  • Support warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
  • Assist with IT purchasing, quotes, and supplier coordination
  • Work with procurement team on order tracking and delivery

General Facility Support

  • Assist with basic facility-related tasks (non-licensed work only)
  • Support maintenance checks and minor fixes where appropriate

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience in a business environment
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
  • Experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, printers, connectivity)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping

Desirable

  • Microsoft 365 administration experience (user management, licensing)
  • Experience with MDM systems
  • IT asset management system experience
  • Experience in aged care, healthcare, or multi-site environments
  • Basic knowledge of VLANs, CCTV, and access control systems
  • Experience supporting iOS/Android devices
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g. C#)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
