About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Architect with a strong focus on project delivery to lead complex projects from design development through to construction. In this pivotal role, you will drive documentation, coordinate consultants, and oversee construction, ensuring that design excellence is realised in the built environment.
As a key member of our collaborative team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality design and built outcomes across significant mixed-use projects, many with a multi residential focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Documentation and Coordination: Manage and oversee all phases of project documentation and coordination
- Ensure Design Integrity: Maintain accuracy, buildability, and design quality throughout all delivery stages
- Consultant Collaboration: Effectively manage input from external consultants and specialist disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution
- Tender and Contract Administration: Support tendering processes, contract administration, and address site-related queries promptly
- Project Management: Ensure project timelines and deliverables meet established deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members during technical stages, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing
About You
You are a Registered Architect in NSW with extensive experience in technical delivery and a passion for transforming innovative designs into tangible outcomes. Your leadership brings clarity to later project phases, and you excel in collaborative environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Registered Architect (NSW)
- Extensive Delivery Experience: Proven track record in project delivery and comprehensive documentation
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of NCC, Australian standards, ADG, and local planning controls
- Revit Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit for design and documentation purposes
- Coordination Skills: Excellent ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage multidisciplinary inputs
- Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in multi-residential and mixed-use projects
