The role

Struber is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead the charge. This isn’t a “manage from the sidelines” role – you’ll own the performance of our sales team end-to-end, building the systems, developing the people, and driving the results that matter.

What you’ll do

Lead and develop the team

  • Coach and develop a high-performing sales team day to day
  • Run 1:1s, team huddles, and performance check-ins that actually move the needle
  • Be the person your team turns to when they’re stuck – removing blockers, re-energising effort, and keeping momentum going
  • Build a culture that’s accountable, supportive, and hungry to win

Own the numbers

  • Take full ownership of pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and activity metrics
  • Monitor performance in real time and get ahead of issues before they become problems
  • Build dashboards and reporting that keep the whole team sharp and aligned

Build the engine

  • Ensure the sales process runs consistently and efficiently across the team
  • Spot gaps, fix them, and raise the bar on how we operate
  • Partner with leadership to set targets that are stretching but achievable

Grow the team

  • Play a key role in hiring as we scale – identifying the right talent and getting new team members up to speed quickly

What we’re looking for

You’ve led a sales team before – not just been a top individual contributor. You know what it takes to build a system that consistently delivers, and you bring the energy and clarity to make it happen.

You’re organised, data-driven, and a natural communicator. You hold people accountable without micromanaging, and you lead from the front.

Experience in a similar industry, a background in building or scaling a sales team, or familiarity with our tools would all be considered favourably.
