Service Delivery Supervisor – HVAC

Strike Force Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Supervisor – HVAC to support the continued growth of our HVAC division. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing service delivery, driving operational performance, supporting our technicians, and building strong client relationships. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, enjoys working alongside the team, and is willing to jump on the tools when required.

About the Role

As the Service Delivery Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our HVAC operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, safety compliance, financial performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our Service Coordination team to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation and successful project delivery while mentoring and developing a high-performing team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of HVAC technicians to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Provide hands-on technical support and assist in the field when required.

• Prepare quotations, scope works and provide technical guidance to clients.

• Work closely with the Service Coordination team to maximise technician utilisation and resource planning.

• Monitor job progress, profitability and overall financial performance.

• Oversee payroll approvals, timesheet accuracy and workforce productivity.

• Ensure compliance with all WHS legislation, company policies and industry standards.

• Conduct site inspections, quality assurance audits and safety observations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to grow our HVAC services.

You are an experienced HVAC leader who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent leadership and commercial skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy mentoring others and take pride in delivering exceptional outcomes for both your team and your clients.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in an HVAC Supervisor, Service Delivery Supervisor or similar leadership role.
  • Experience preparing quotations, managing projects and coordinating service delivery.
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or higher).
  • NSW Supervisor Licence.
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence.
  • Current Driver Licence.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Strong understanding of financial performance, budgeting and job profitability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and customer relationship skills.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and industry standards.
  • Intermediate or higher computer skills.

Desirable

  • NSW General Construction White Card.
  • Working Safely at Heights.
  • Elevated Work Platform (EWP).
  • Experience working within mining, heavy industry or large commercial environments.
