As an ECT with Stride, you will use your Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and your expertise in child development, curriculum design, assessment, and pedagogy to deliver high-quality learning programs aligned with the EYLF.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing the room operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, educational and FUN environment for children and your co-workers!
• Support the Centre Manager in the quality and continues improvement of the centre educational programe.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the community.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:
•Essential:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current TRBWA registration (or eligible for registration)
- Experience working with 3–5-year-olds in long day care or kindergarten
- Deep understanding of EYLF, NQF, and developmental milestones
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
- Current and valid mandatory checks and certifications
