Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything but your mindset matters.
- Final year or recent Engineering graduate (2026)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
- Internship or practical experience (highly regarded)
- Strong academic foundation
- Curious, motivated, and ready to learn
- A team player who communicates well
- Confidence to ask questions and share ideas
