What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming clients and managing reception, calls, enquiries, and deliveries
Providing general administrative support, including document preparation and filing
Assisting project teams with proposals, documentation, and meeting notes
Coordinating meetings, room setup, travel bookings, and basic logistics
Supporting office operations, including supplies, facilities, and day-to-day upkeep
Liaising with suppliers and maintaining a professional office environment
Assisting across teams as needed, while always maintaining confidentiality
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in administration, office coordination, or a similar support role
Experience within engineering, construction, or professional services environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Professional, friendly, and confident communicator
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritise tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Teams)
Strong formatting and data entry capability
A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
