- Analyse demand forecasts and inventory data to keep stock levels optimal
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Monitor stock levels, allocations, and replenishment cycles, and proactively resolve supply issues.

- Build and maintain positive supplier relationships and resolve stock availability and delivery issues efficiently.
- Manage back orders and coordinate stock transfers to maintain high customer service levels.
- Support administrative activities, reporting, and purchasing documentation.
- Assist with supplier queries, expediting, and account-related matters.
- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing, planning, and inventory processes through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on achieving shared business goals.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong purchasing experience with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain/inventory operations
- A strong understanding of procurement principles, purchasing processes, and inventory management practices
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, along with proficiency in Word and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Confident negotiator, able to land commercially sound outcomes with suppliers
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory and purchasing records
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
