Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach, networking, cold calls, client visits and presentations to secure new partnerships.
  • Assess suitability of host organisations and ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of engagements, agreements, placements and partnership activity.
  • Liaise with host organisations to monitor placement quality and resolve emerging issues.
  • Prepare reports and data insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support placement allocation, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, quality assurance initiatives, and organisational growth projects.
  • Promote workplace safety, uphold compliance frameworks, and support innovation and system improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, with experience in stakeholder engagement, business development, client relations, or industry partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and confidently engage with organisations at various levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in partnership development, industry engagement or placement coordination (higher education or VET experience highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and documentation.
  • Understanding of the community services and broader workforce landscape, or willingness to rapidly develop industry insights.
  • High digital literacy, including CRM systems and data/reporting tools.
  • Solution-focused mindset with an understanding of compliance, risk and quality standards.
