ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time position based at our West Perth Campus, reporting to the Admissions Manager.

In this role, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an efficient, accurate, and student-focused admissions process. The role is responsible for assessing and processing student applications, maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance, and supporting streamlined admissions and visa processing procedures. Working closely with students, education agents, and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall student experience and support Stanley College’s commitment to quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing student applications including Genuine Student (GS) Requirement assessment and offer letters accurately and in a timely manner maximising the conversion of enquiries into applications and enrolments.
  • Responding professionally, accurately and in a timely manner to enquiries regarding courses and admission requirements to internal and external customers as well as providing administrative support to staff when required
  • Maintaining student records on PRISMS and issuing CoE documents in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining accurate student data in the student database
  • Work with the offshore team to ensure all offer letters and COE’s process on time.
  • Communicate with agents.
  • Communicate with other staff (recruitment, finance, marketing, campus)
  • Maintain knowledge and provide advice on course entry requirements, alternative solutions and pathway courses for applicants who not yet qualify for admission into their desired course.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an international admissions or student admissions role within the education sector
  • Demonstrated experience assessing international student applications and processing admissions in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements
  • Experience using PRISMS, student management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate student records, process offers and Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs), and manage high volumes of administrative tasks
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Australian student visa requirements, Genuine Student (GS) requirements, and higher education or vocational admissions processes (desirable)

  • High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy and record management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical admissions advice and solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support and service excellence
