Position Summary / 職務概要
- Fit-Out Project Managerは、STACKデータセンターにおける顧客フィットアウトプロジェクトの実行管理を担当します。
- Project Manager – Customer Fit-out またはProject Directorの指導のもと、小〜中規模プロジェクトを中心にプロジェクト管理を行います。
- Fit-out Project Managerは、日々のプロジェクト調整および進行管理を担当しながら、Customer Fit-out Project Managerと連携してデリバリー戦略および顧客対応を進めます。
- The Fit-Out Project Manager manages the execution of customer fit-out projects within STACK data center facilities.
- The role typically manages small-to-mid-size projects under the supervision of project manager – Customer Fit-out – or/and Project Director.
- The Fit-out Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination while collaborating with the Customer Fit-out Project Manager on delivery strategy and customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

- 顧客および社内チームとの調整
- プロジェクト予算管理
- プロジェクトエクスキューション準備
- 購買計画の策定
- RFP / RFQ作成および発行
- 見積査定および比較評価
- ベンダー契約および発注業務
- 設計者・施工会社との調整
- スケジュール・コスト・リスク管理
- 施工進捗、安全、品質管理
- 社内開発・エンジニアリングチームとの連携
- Senior Project Managerへのプロジェクト報告
- Manage customer fit-out projects
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Support project budgeting and cost control
- Prepare project execution plans
- Develop procurement plans
- Prepare and issue RFP/RFQ
- Evaluate vendor quotations
- Manage vendor contracting and procurement
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Manage project schedule, cost, and risk
- Monitor construction progress, safety, and quality
- Collaborate with internal engineering and development
teams
- Provide project reporting to the Project Director

Travel: 15-20%.

Required Qualifications / 応募要件
- 建設プロジェクトマネジメント経験（5年以上）
- オフィス・商業施設などのフィットアウトプロジェクト経験
- 商業施設などの建築本体工事プロジェクト経験
- ステークホルダーおよび施工会社との調整能力
- 日本語・英語のビジネスレベルコミュニケーション能力
- ·英語に自信がなくても、国際的な環境で働きながら英語力を伸ばしたい方を歓迎します。
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience in commercial and retail interior fit-out projects
- Experience in commercial and retail core and shell projects
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
- Candidates who are motivated to develop their English

Preferred Qualifications / 歓迎要件
- データセンターまたはミッションクリティカル施設のITフィットアウト工事の経験があれば尚可
- ハイパースケールまたはコロケーション型データセンター環境での業務経験があれば尚可
- 電気設備または機械設備の知識
- 外資系プロジェクト経験
- Experience delivering Data Centre or mission-critical IT fit-out projects is highly desirable
- Experience working in hyperscale or colocation data centre environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems
- Experience working with international clients or teams
