Why This Role Stands Out
Many RTOs rely heavily on contractors, oversized classes, and volume-based delivery.
We do things differently.
St John is trusted across Queensland because we prioritise quality training, practical capability, and genuine learner outcomes. Our trainers are supported, valued, and part of a team — not left to manage everything alone.
