Our warm and cozy centre in Littlehampton is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children to actively engage in our daily program and helping to create an inclusive, enriching learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day needs of children
- Encouraging participation in learning experiences and activities
- Working alongside educators to implement routines, transitions, and play-based learning
- Promoting a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children
DETAILS OF THE ROLE
📅 Monday to Friday
⏰ 25 hours per week
📄 Fixed-term contract until May 2027
ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, you will ideally have:
- Prior experience working with children (preferred)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- Strong communication skills and a warm, caring nature
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
