Your New Role

As a full-time Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator you will contribute to an environment where learning thrives and children feel supported to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of engaging, high-quality programs aligned with EYLF 2.0 and Montessori principles
  • Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs
  • Assist in documenting children’s learning through meaningful observations and portfolios
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team
  • Work collaboratively with the room leader and wider team to support children’s development
  • Ensure compliance with NQS and centre policies
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment

 

To Thrive in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)
  • Proven experience working in a childcare setting
  • Strong understanding of EYLF 2.0 and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education
