Your New Role
As a part-time Diploma or Certificate III Qualified Early Childhood Educator you will contribute to an environment where learning thrives and children feel supported to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of engaging, high-quality programs aligned with EYLF 2.0 and Montessori principles
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs
- Assist in documenting children’s learning through meaningful observations and portfolios
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team
- Work collaboratively with the room leader and wider team to support children’s development
- Ensure compliance with NQS and centre policies
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment
To Thrive in This Role, You Will Need:
- Diploma OR Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)
- Understanding of child protection legislation and reporting procedures
- Proven experience working in a childcare setting
- Strong understanding of EYLF 2.0 and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- Kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions
