The Role

This is a part-time permanent opportunity, approximately 30 hours per week across 5 days, based in our Perth office. As the first point of contact for SRK, seated at our front desk, our Office Administrator plays a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff, clients and visitors, while keeping the wheels of the office turning behind the scenes.

We are willing to be flexible regarding working hours for the right candidate, but there is a requirement to be available Monday to Friday.

In this role your day may include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, clients and contractors. in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answering and screening incoming calls.
  • Insuring the Perth office facility is maintained to a high standard, including kitchen and other staff facilities to a high standard.
  • Liaising with building management regarding maintenance, repairs and general enquiries.
  • Monitor and order kitchen, stationery and other office supplies.
  • Organise couriers and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate monthly staff meetings, including presentation support, room bookings, catering and long service awards.
  • Assist with coordination of internal company events.
  • Assist with project document archiving and general administration.
