About the role and you
We’re looking for a Consumer Communications Coordinator – someone who thrives on organisation, precision, and bringing structure to fan engagement. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering clear, timely, and compelling communications across all member and fan touchpoints. From outbound campaigns and member updates to managing enquiries and refining communication journeys, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction reflects our clubs’ voice and values.
Working closely with marketing, sales, consumer operations, and design teams, you’ll help plan and execute communications that are data-led, well-timed, and fan-focused. You’ll be the connector between strategy and execution—ensuring every message lands effectively and contributes to a seamless, engaging fan experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain response templates and FAQs to support consistency and efficiency.
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive enquiries to the relevant team member.

- Partner with the Consumer Operations Coordinator to ensure all communications are built on clean, segmented data.
- Manage contact lists, audience segmentation, and send schedules within the CRM and email platform.
- Implement and optimise automated communication journeys, including welcome, renewal, and lapsed member sequences.
Campaign & Content Collaboration
- Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging, on-brand digital content.
- Support the Consumer Sales Manager with sales campaign copy and member acquisition communications.
- Contribute to post-campaign reporting, capturing learnings to refine future communications.
You will be perfect for this if you:
- Are highly organised and thrive on owning and managing a detailed communications calendar across EDMs, SMS, newsletters, and key announcements
- Have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, polished, and on-brand outbound communications
- Are a strong writer, able to craft clear, engaging copy that reflects each club’s voice and builds genuine connection with members and fans
- Understand the importance of a member-first approach and are passionate about creating communications that drive loyalty and engagement
- Are confident managing a high-volume inbox, responding to member enquiries professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive fan experience
- Enjoy working with data and systems, including CRM platforms, audience segmentation, and automated communication journeys

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams while taking ownership of the consumer voice across all fan touchpoints
- Love sport and understand how consistent, high-quality communication enhances the fan experience
- Are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays during game days and key campaign periods
