Our Logistics team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a Fleet Coordinator who can lead with safety, support our drivers, and keep our fleet and schedules running like a well‑oiled machine.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the central hub of our transport operations — coordinating drivers, managing fleet performance, and making sure every job is delivered safely, efficiently and on time. Your day will include:

Ensuring compliance with NHVL, CoR and WHS requirements
Scheduling drivers and resources to hit customer targets with zero service failures
Supporting and leading a team of competent truck drivers
Keeping vehicles in top condition through proactive maintenance coordination
Conducting driver debriefs and maintaining accurate asset records
Working closely with Logistics, WHS, Workshop and Finance teams to keep operations smooth and accountable
