About the Role

We’re now in search of an IT Procurement and E-commerce expert to lead our marketplace operations team. This role will be in charge of continuously optimising our procurement, supplier liaison, customer support, and related processes to deliver an outstanding procurement experience through out marketplace.

Key responsibilities include,

  • Overlook marketplace procurement, quotation/ proposal management, and fulfilment-related processes.
  • Overlook customer/ partner Inquiry Management.
  • Overlook product partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management. Lead the partner management team.
  • Manage marketplace listings in collaboration with group-wide cross-functional teams.
  • Administer legal documents (terms of use, policies and procedures, privacy policy, partnership agreements, etc.) with the help of the legal team where necessary.
  • Own, innovate in and continuously improve all marketplace-related processes.

About You

Our ideal candidate,

  • Must have an expert-level understanding of international procurement and commercial practices.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in B2B Technology Solutions. Combined expertise in technology sales, pre-sales, delivery/ project, or procurement management will be considered.
  • Must preferably have E-commerce experience, ideally in B2B.
  • Must have experience in dealing with international clients or suppliers.
  • Must be customer-oriented and be experienced in dealing with B2B customers.
  • Must have strong verbal & and written communication skills in English.
  • Must have excellent process orientation and detail orientation.
  • Must have strong leadership skills along with assertiveness and initiative abilities.
  • Must preferably have experience in Smart Building or IoT solutions
