About us

Southside Racing operates high-class horse racing and training facilities at both Tynong and Cranbourne, as well as three, 7-day-a-week hospitality and entertainment venues – the Cardinia Club, Club Officer and Silks Cranbourne. These are a vital part of our business and allow us to provide our members with a wide range of hospitality and entertainment options.

The opportunity

Southside Racing is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to assume the roles of Food &/OR Beverage Attendants across our Cranbourne and Tynong Racecourse locations only. Reporting to the Functions and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons, while ensuring that all WHS obligations are followed.

Requirements

• Experience working in a food and beverage attendant role would be advantageous, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• High level communication skills
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
