The Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially astute Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of large scale civil earthworks projects across Sydney, with packages valued at $20 million and above.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, this is more than a delivery role, it’s about ownership.
You’ll take projects from award through to completion, leading teams, driving performance and ensuring every project reflects the Solutions Plus standard. There’s a genuine pathway through to Construction Manager for the right person, along with real autonomy, strong executive support and the opportunity to influence outcomes, not just report on them.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Senior Project Management experience delivering civil earthworks packages at scale, including bulk earthworks, remediation, drainage, subdivision civil works and site regeneration
- At least 3+ years experience as a Project Manager delivering similar projects within Australia
- Strong commercial and financial discipline
- Full Australian working rights
