The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our growing team, reporting to the Project Manager on a mix of civil, landscaping and public space projects. This is your chance to work on high impact, visible projects that shape communities, restore environments and bring lasting value to public spaces. You’ll be involved in planning, coordination and delivery, making sure our projects meet time, cost, quality and sustainability outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of civil, landscaping and ecological projects from planning through to handover
  • Interpret drawings, specifications and surveys, and ensure accurate site execution
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, risks and quality metrics
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, councils,contractors and suppliers
  • Oversee site works ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
  • Anticipate challenges, propose solutions and drive continuous improvement

 What You’ll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an Australian civil or landscape construction environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction and civil works including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, landscaping and ecological restoration
  • Experience with project systems such as Procore or Jobpac
  • Comfortable using high tech equipment such as GPS and drones
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules and multiple stakeholders
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions focused mindset
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability and delivering high quality outcomes
